I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was super comfy and I had so much space in my room. It was so nice to stretch out and relax. The breakfast was brilliant too, with lots of delicious choices. I especially loved that it was very close to a restaurant, making it convenient for dinner.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

All in all everything was spotless, had a fantastic stay in budget hotel. The staff were amazing and fabulous and the location was stunning close to motorway.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient and there is a family-friendly restaurant nearby. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with disability facilities are a thoughtful addition. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with good free internet.
I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast selection.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Birmingham, had much fun and met pleasant staff especially the receptionist. We had a double room which was brand-new and air-conditioned.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a nice restaurant located next door and a pub just across the road. It is also close to the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The staff is friendly, and the room is clean.
The WiFi in the hotel is slow and unreliable.
